Contract Review
Consultants working with commercial or government clients often face lengthy, complex consultancy agreements, leading to challenging contract negotiations. Onerous contract clauses not only place consultants at a disadvantage but, at their worst, can jeopardise professional indemnity insurance cover.
Our contract review service, exclusive to Planned Cover professional indemnity insurance clients, takes some of the load off consultant teams, by identifying uninsured liabilities and providing example drafting solutions for common problems.
It offers an extra layer of support when navigating challenging agreements.

-
- Obligations to non-contract parties
-
- Waivers of proportionate liability rights (e.g. Part 4 Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) or Part IVAA Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic))
