Meet Erin Hobbin

Erin Hobbin commenced with IBL Limited in April 2019 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Over the years, her role has evolved significantly, to the Governance and Compliance Manager. In this capacity, Erin is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IBL’s risk and compliance regulatory framework by leading, educating, advising, and supporting IBL staff and the Board, ensuring that governance practices are adhered to and regulatory requirements are met.

Additionally, Erin provides essential support to the Board and Committee members, ensuring the smooth operation of Board and Committee meetings and fulfilling all secretarial functions. Erin has over 20 years of administration experience in varied roles across commercial business including executive assistance, sales, operations, marketing, and compliance.
