Meet Felicity Dixon

Felicity holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics (Social Sciences)(Hons) and Law from Sydney University and was admitted into the Law Society of NSW in 2007. Before joining Planned Cover at the start of 2014, Felicity worked in Sydney, Perth and London as a construction litigation lawyer and front-end lawyer drafting construction contracts for a number of large construction, architectural and engineering practices. During her years in private practice, she also gained experience in insurance, insolvency and personal injury. Since working at Planned Cover, Felicity has taken on various roles involving claims management, acting as Senior Legal Counsel for informed Lawyers Pty Ltd (ACN 635 862 145) and of course, risk management.

Felicity has gained strong connections, not only internally, but with Planned Cover Clients, business partners and industry representatives by hosting bespoke networking events, representation industry related committees, delivering learning events in-house and at industry specific forums and attending client and industry events. From this basis of extensive experience, business acumen, industry understanding and legal knowledge, Felicity is able to bring this unique skill set to her role as Senior Risk Manager\ Engagement Manager, to advise on the professional indemnity insurance risks and implications found within contracts as well as inform and educate professionals and industry bodies on these risks and how best to manage them through hosting national and state webinars, bespoke networking events, representation industry related committees, delivering learning events inhouse and at industry-specific forums and attending client and industry events.
