Meet Lydia O’Connor

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Monash University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. After completing her law degree in 2022, she worked as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry before being admitted as a lawyer in 2025.

She has hands on experience across multimillion dollar projects throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders including government clients, union representatives, builders, subcontractors and professional consultants.

As our newest Risk Manager, Lydia brings together strong commercial insight and legal expertise to deliver practical risk advice and develop relevant, high value educational content for our clients.
