Richard has over 16 years’ experience in the insurance industry. After completing a Bachelor of Business at La Trobe University Australia, his professional journey in the insurance industry has included customer service, underwriting and broking across a wide range of insurance lines. Over the past 10 years’ Richard has specialised in the professional risks area of insurance.
Richard believes that the key to successful client outcomes is to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and act in a timely manner. As a member of ANZIIF and qualified “Senior Associate” Richard believes it is important to uphold the industry values and always think of the client first, fully understanding, and tailoring insurance solutions for each client, as no two clients are the same.
