Meet Shalaneigh Critchley
Shalaneigh Critchley joined IBL Limited in January 2023, transitioning from the position of Team Assistant to Executive Assistant within the Shared Services division. With over 10 years of experience in administration and office management, Shalaneigh has held diverse administrative roles across the Accounting, Medical, and Real Estate sectors.
In her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Shalaneigh provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and assists the Chief Operating Officer with a range of administrative responsibilities. She plays an important role in coordinating executive activities and ensuring leadership priorities are supported through effective administrative management.
Shalaneigh also plays an active role in supporting governance processes across the organisation. She assists with the coordination and preparation of Board and Committee meetings, ensuring that all secretarial functions are executed with precision and efficiency, enabling the Board and Committee meetings to operate seamlessly.
