Shalaneigh joined IBL Limited in January 2023, transitioning from the position of a Team Assistant to the Executive Assistant within the Shared Services division. With a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years in administration and office management, Shalaneigh has held diverse roles within the Accounting, Medical and Real Estate sectors.

In her current role, Shalaneigh reports to the Governance and Compliance Manager who plays a crucial role in ensuring that the risk and compliance regulatory framework of IBL is diligently applied and maintained at both a Board and employee level. Shalaneigh’s responsibilities extend to assisting with the Board and Committee members in facilitating the running and reporting of meetings. Shalaneigh diligently ensures that all secretarial functions are executed with precision and efficiency, enabling the Board and Committee meetings to operate seamlessly.
