Meet Sherren Hepburn

Sherren holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources, and began her insurance career as a Business Graduate in 1997. Since then, she has held a broad range of leadership and client-facing roles across both Sydney and Melbourne, developing extensive expertise in insurance broking, relationship management and strategic leadership.

As Chief Broking Officer, Sherren leads Planned Cover’s Corporate Broking Team, overseeing the delivery of tailored insurance solutions and fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and outstanding client service. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and believes that trust, negotiation and genuine care are the foundations of long-term success.
