With extensive experience across insurance broking, leadership and relationship management, Sherren is recognised for building high-performing teams, fostering trusted client partnerships and delivering tailored insurance solutions that support long-term business success.

Beginning her career as a business graduate, Sherren has held a broad range of client-facing and leadership roles, including Account Executive, Sales Manager and Regional Manager. Over more than two decades in the industry, she has guided clients and teams through changing market conditions, natural disasters and economic cycles, developing a practical understanding of the evolving risk landscape and the importance of balancing comprehensive risk management with commercial outcomes.

Having held senior positions across both client service and business leadership, Sherren brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients navigate complex insurance challenges. She is passionate about developing people, mentoring future industry leaders and building long-term relationships founded on trust, collaboration and exceptional service.
