Erica has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years in General Insurance Broking. Starting out as the Receptionist at a medium sized brokerage in Newcastle NSW and moving up to QLD through an inter-office transfer.
Erica has completed her Tier 1 ASIC accreditation in Insurance Broking through NIBA and working towards completing her Diploma of Insurance Broking through ANZIIF.
Erica’s experience was gained working for local and national insurance brokerages of various sizes both here in QLD and in NSW in many areas of General Insurance including Office/Business Covers; Fleet Truck Insurance; Trade Insurance; Retail Covers; Liability & many more.
She believes in giving clients the care and attention to detail they deserve in order to protect their assets and businesses properly and giving full assistance where clients need it most – at claim time!
