Meet Erica Callaghan

Erica has more than 25 years’ experience in general insurance broking, having started her career as a receptionist at a Newcastle brokerage before transferring to Queensland and progressing through a range of broking roles.

She holds Tier 1 ASIC accreditation in Insurance Broking through NIBA, a Diploma of Insurance Broking through ANZIIF, is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF, and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB).

Erica has worked with both local and national brokerages across a broad range of general insurance products, including business insurance, cyber, corporate travel and liability. She is passionate about providing exceptional client service, with a strong focus on protecting her clients’ businesses and supporting them when they need it most—at claim time.
