Karen has 15 years private legal practice experience managing and investigating professional indemnity insurance claims. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Honours).
Prior to joining Focus Underwriting, Karen was a Legal and Claims Manager at CGU Insurance. At CGU, she managed professional indemnity, D&O and commercial insurance claims.
In 2019, Karen was appointed as a Claim Manager at Focus Underwriting. She utilises her claims management experience to effectively manage and achieve resolution of claims.
