Meet Khristine Abaya

Khristine joined Planned Cover in 2016, beginning her career in the finance team. While she holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Master of Teaching, it was the dynamic and relationship-focused nature of the insurance industry that inspired her to pursue a career in insurance broking.

Since transitioning into broking, Khristine has completed her ANZIIF Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification, building on the strong analytical foundation gained through her finance background. This combination of financial expertise and insurance knowledge enables her to provide practical, tailored advice to clients.

Khristine specialises in Professional Indemnity and General Insurance, delivering customised insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of SME clients and professionals across a broad range of industries. She is passionate about building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency and exceptional client service, helping clients navigate risk with confidence.
