Meet Raquel Carreon

Before joining Planned Cover in 2021, Raquel built a successful career across South East Asia in a range of administration and office management roles. Holding a degree in Business Administration, she brings strong organisational expertise and a passion for delivering efficient, high-quality support.

Since joining Planned Cover, Raquel has developed extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and has become an integral part of the business. Now serving as Administration Team Leader, she leads the administration team, driving operational excellence, supporting business efficiency and ensuring exceptional service for both clients and colleagues.

Raquel is currently pursuing her Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certification, further strengthening her industry expertise. Her combination of leadership, administrative experience and growing insurance knowledge enables her to provide valuable support to both the team and Planned Cover’s clients.
