Nina holds a Bachelor of Laws(Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Griffith University and was admitted to practice in 2007.
Prior to joining Planned Cover in 2022, Nina practiced at Schweikert Harris and Thynne and Macartney in Brisbane as part of the commercial litigation team, gaining experience on large scale back end construction disputes. Nina then practiced at SPG Lawyers on the Gold Coast specialising in Body Corporate litigation including Supreme and District Court disputes concerning building and maintenance defects in muti-layered Bodies Corporate on the Gold Coast.
Nina has also worked as Counsel for a Repco Supercars Australia team providing general business advice as well as drafting and reviewing driver, sponsorship and supplier contracts. She is able to draw on her extensive litigation experience as well as her knowledge in dealing with construction clients to identify and minimise insurance risks for our clients.
